Add team members

CalcTree enables engineers to work together on the same calculation pages in real time — sharing context, reviewing formulas, and updating results instantly.

Ensure consistency across teams, reduce duplication, and keep every collaborator aligned on the latest design data and assumptions.

1. In order to invite a colleague, click on the Settings & Members on the left-hand panel.

1. Click on Invite users on the top right of the Members page:

1. In the modal, enter emails of your colleagues, separated by comma and click Send:

1. CalcTree will automatically send email invitations to join your workspace.

1. Once team members join, you'll see real-time team member cursor positions when on the same page together.
