Add members

Learn how to add colleagues to your workspace

CalcTree is an online collaborative workspace. You can add your team as members to your workspace. Members can see all pages of your workspace.

You can assign one of the following access types to workspace members:

  • Admin: can do everything

  • Member: like Admin but can't invite new members

  • Viewer: Like Member but no editing allowed - can explore the workspace in view-only mode

You can work on a CalcTree page simultaneously with your colleagues. In order to invite a colleague, click on the Settings and Members on the left-hand panel.

The Members view appears. Click on Invite users on the top right of the view:

In the next dialog, enter emails of invitees, separated by comma. Then select the type of access you want tot grant them, and click on Send:

CalcTree will invite them to join the workspace. If two members open the same page simultaneously, each will the other member's avatar on the top right, which indicates their presence. Additionally, you will be able to see their current cursor position:
